What a great outing for you both. We will be leaving soon for our walk/stroll at the City College, the young hooligans can run on the lawns and Brooke and I will stroller. So glad Gavin got some beach time.

Gavin is still sleeping from yesterday.....those beach outings really wear him out. I will be strollering him to the library later today where hopefully he can get in a short walk on the levee before I stroller him back. I think the walks are helping his leg strength.

Hope Brooke enjoys her stroller time!

Gavin reminds me so much of Mr. Chance. They both lost their hearing and slept so soundly! Love their mahogany coloring too!

So Gavin hasn't had any walks in his cart outside of his weekly beach visit. Last weekend he wasn't very happy in his cart after about an hour, but I later found an ouchie on his paw so that might have had something to do with it. Or a lack of dogs :( I have been increasing his potty walks to 5 times a day (instead of letting him use the yard, we walk to the common grass patch a 100 yards away). And trying to add in short walks on top of me strollering him around. He gets very winded and pants very easily. I actually had to let him stop a walk early and go get the stroller for him on Sunday. But then yesterday we had his belly rub time where he makes his chewbacca noises....he still have his playfulness at times.

I am letting Gavin dictate the lengths of our walks...last night he decided instead of just a potty visit he wanted to walk around the block (now, he wanted to cross the street to the UPS store for a treat, but they close at 6 anyway). Same thing this morning. If it isn't raining we will go to beach this weekend and see how he does in his cart.
