Sick little girl

In my prayers. Let us know how she is as soon as you can. I know - it is so difficult to wait for them to go in and come out of surgery. We worry so much about our friends.

The doctor called and told me she is critical. they removed a 12" section of her intestine which was "deeply purple". fluid was leaking from the bowel and she is at risk of sepsis. her lymph nodes were enlarged and were biopsied, also biopsied her liver. she is being given plasma and iv antibiotics.

i don't know what to do, i'm devastated. how can her body fight all of this.
 
We will all say a prayer for Scout, and we send you a hug. I hope you have someone close to lean on during this trying time.
