I remember when I carried Mr Chance from a St Francis blessing. He was tired afterwards so rather than making him walk to the car I picked him up and the same thing... he just rested his head on my shoulder. As people walked behind us you could hear everyone saying how sweet that was! He was my teddy bear! Gosh, I miss that boy!

tonite we have dinner plans... my friend's kids love Gavin and specifically requested him to come. Her SIL is scared of dogs so if it is a larger family gathering Gavin can't go. He spends half the time licking her kitchen floor!

I am not surprised how much kids love him. He is a heart melter for sure. I live vicariously through Gavin... by missing Mr Chance! Every day is a blessing that he is around!
 
So Gavin appears to need more than 2 days to recover from a beach trip. We have been going on Sunday, so he doesn't go on a real walk until Wednesday morning. Today we went for our walk, and tonite I was greeted by a happy barky puppy wanting a belly rub :) Then we will go for a walk Friday morning, and then repeat.

I amazed how much he loves his food again! We went from not always finishing food to Gavin being a total pest wanting food as soon as I get home. When he is tired from the beach he will miss his dinner and not remind me,though. The spoonful of yogurt to mix his supplements has made a world of difference.

What type are you using? Wonder if this is normalizing his gut so he feels better leading to his increase in appetite.
 
we use plain chobani. I don't know if he had an upset tummy or just didn't like the taste of the supplements. but the change was instantaneous.
