Awww.. thanks.
My vet just decided to refill his Rx without a vet visit as I explained the difficuties of me not being able to go in with Gavin for his wellness checkup (they said it was a recent vet mandate regading covid that lets them do that).
I asked about his vaccines, and they said due to his age he probably wouldn't need boosters (his DAPP is past due)

I hate reminders that my little old man won't be here for years and years.

He is an absolute love that we all appreciate! You are so blessed to have Gavin at 15. He is one cherished pup!

Gavin is killing me! he is so damn perky and active now.
He wants multiple walks a day starting a 7 AM. I swear, what happened to my sleepy easily tired senior?

What great news! Gosh, it makes me so happy to know Gavin is doing so well at 15, even with his prior cancer! You have done the best ever job taking care of him! I remember when I was first a member of Sheltie Nation reading all about your struggles with chemo and treating the wounds on his paw! So dedicated! Give Gavin a high paw from my pack and me! Hugs..

seriously! I don't remember him being like this last year though....or the year before.
I think I will have to up his exercise. He has been more restless at night thw past few weeks.
Guess old dogs do learn new tricks!
